Xiaohui Dong currently holds the position of Technischer Manager Kunststoff Recycling at CHT Group since January 2022. Previously, Xiaohui completed a project at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in June 2020, focusing on the influence of fiber orientation on the properties of composites, involving numerical simulations. A master's thesis conducted at Grow Platform GmbH from September 2019 to March 2020 emphasized glass fiber reinforced casting polyamide, blending additive manufacturing with reaction injection molding. Internship experiences at Bosch and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität involved optimization of laser welding processes and analysis of rubber formulations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Science in Polymeric Material and Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University.
