Eric (Rocky) Schurr A-CSM, CSPO is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and team coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at CHS Inc., Rocky previously held similar roles at U.S. Bank, Andersen Corporation, and Optum, where responsibilities included facilitating Agile ceremonies, authoring workshops, and mentoring teams in story writing and Scrum practices. Rocky has a strong background in business systems analysis, with prior roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Thomson Reuters, where Eric was instrumental in gathering requirements and ensuring successful project implementations. Rocky holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Inver Hills Community College.
