Lucy Chapman is a Client Development Manager at Xyla, previously known as CHS Healthcare, where Lucy has contributed to bridging health and social care since February 2017. During their tenure at Xyla, Lucy has also held the positions of Service Development Manager and Service Development Executive. Prior to this role, Lucy spent four years as a Scheme Manager at The Chace Rest Home, complementing their experience with titles including Service Co-ordinator and Care Coordinator. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in PE and Sports Studies from the University of Worcester, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
