Faye Smith is a clinical nurse specialist with extensive experience in neurodevelopmental services, currently serving as the clinical lead for mental health and neurodevelopmental services at Xyla since January 2024, where also acts as a neurodevelopment assessor conducting assessments for autism and ADHD. Previous roles include specialist neurodevelopmental practitioner at Healios and specialist neurodevelopmental nurse/non-medical prescriber at ProblemShared. Faye has significant experience as a neurodevelopment team lead and nurse focused on autism and ADHD at Healios, as well as serving as a specialist nurse in autism and health visitor at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Faye holds a degree in public health nursing and a diploma in adult nursing from Liverpool John Moores University.
