Rachel Greggs is an experienced art preparator currently employed at the Chrysler Museum of Art since April 2022. Prior roles include serving as an assistant archivist at Redwood Library and Athenaeum, where responsibilities involved accessioning and preserving archives. Rachel also held positions as managing editor and copy editor for the Student Research Journal at San Jose State University, overseeing editorial workflows and manuscript reviews. Additional experience includes internships at the New Bedford Whaling Museum and the Society of American Archivists, focusing on collection processing and public policy research. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and a Master of Library & Information Science with a specialization in Archives and Records Management from San Jose State University.
