Philipp Weiner has a diverse work experience history. Philipp started their career as an Intern in Sales & Distribution at ProPress GmbH in 2011. In 2013, they served as an Intern in Controlling at CRH Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG - a Johnson Controls company. The following year, they became an Intern at CHRONEXT.COM. In 2015, they joined CHRONEXT as a Senior Supply Manager and stayed until 2018 when they became the Head of B2B & Pre-Owned Sourcing. In 2019, they were promoted to Director Sourcing, which they currently hold.

Philipp Weiner completed their education in the following chronological order. From 2002 to 2011, they attended Gymnasium Schwertstraße, where they obtained their Abitur, which is equivalent to A Level. Following that, from 2008 to 2009, they participated in the Rotary Youth Exchange program at Estero High School. Then, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In 2014, they had a semester abroad at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
