Kristen Culp is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology industry with extensive experience in customer support and scientific applications. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Excellence and previously as a Field Market Development Scientist at ChromaCode, Inc. since April 2021, Kristen provides critical support for laboratories implementing HDPCR technologies. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at Asuragen from June 2014 to April 2021 as a Field Application Scientist and Technical Service Scientist, where engagement with customer accounts to facilitate molecular diagnostics technologies was key. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Scientist II and Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2014.
