Jeffrey Clark has also served as Operations Director, where tasks involve chairing the Chroma Steering Committee, and New Business Development Director, focusing on building business relationships and diversifying the product line. Earlier roles at Chroma included Quality Assurance Manager, developing the company's initial quality assurance system, and positions in manufacturing and sales support.
