Tina Barker is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Strategy, Marketing, and Digital at CHRISTUS Health since January 2013, Tina has played a pivotal role in managing strategy development and overseeing numerous healthcare facilities. Prior to this, Tina held the position of Senior Director at HCA, focusing on service line planning and financial optimization. Tina's career also includes significant roles at Tenet Healthcare, Ernst & Young LLP, and Arthur Andersen, where expertise in strategic business planning and operational improvement was demonstrated across various healthcare projects. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics from Texas A&M University.
