Lindsey Piper-Netherland has substantial experience in retail management and merchandising. Lindsey started their career at Caribou Coffee in 2002 and worked as a General Manager until 2007. Lindsey then moved to Kirklands where they continued as a General Manager from September 2008 to June 2009. After that, Lindsey joined HandPicked, Inc as a General Manager from June 2009 to December 2011. Lindsey then joined Pottery Barn in March 2012, where they held several roles including In-Home Design, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising Manager until March 2015. Currently, they are working as a Creative Director at The Christmas Place, the second largest Christmas Store in America, since March 2015. In this role, Lindsey is responsible for developing and analyzing the inventory mix, utilizing software like Netsuite, Retail Orbit, and Microsoft Excel to adjust inventory needs for the multi-million dollar store.
