Anne-Laure de Lestrange (de Belloy) has a diverse range of work experience. Anne-Laure most recently worked at Christian Louboutin as the Ecommerce, Econcessions & Customer Service Director for the EMEI region. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Digital Luxe Division and Head of Ecommerce & Consumer Engagement at L'Oréal Switzerland. Anne-Laure also had experience as the E-Commerce, CRM & Digital Director at Clarins for the Export Markets.
Before their roles in the beauty industry, they were the Founder & CEO of Lucette.com, a start-up that was eventually sold in 2020. Lucette.com was a community of beauty lovers who shared audio and video reviews on cosmetic products, as well as a digital agency that created advocacy campaigns for premium beauty brands.
Anne-Laure also founded and was the CEO of Mood Lentilles, a start-up that sold natural colored contact lenses online across Europe.
In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Oliver Wyman and as a Product Marketer at Procter & Gamble. Anne-Laure also gained experience as a Product Manager at L'Oréal and as an M&A Analyst at HSBC.
Anne-Laure de Lestrange (de Belloy) attended ESCP Business School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Diplôme Grande Ecole | Master In Management (MIM) with the top distinction. In 2010 to 2011, they also studied at the Europäische Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin, earning a Diplom Kauffrau. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Lycée Sainte Geneviève | Classes Préparatoires Grandes Ecoles in Versailles. In addition to their formal education, Anne-Laure de Lestrange holds certifications in watch specialization from FHH - Fondation Haute Horlogerie and watch advising from FHH - Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, both obtained in 2023, as well as a certification in gemmology from Haute Ecole de Joaillerie, also obtained in 2023.
