Dr. Ethan Slaughter has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2013, they started working as the Assistant Director of Finance at the City of Ozark, Missouri, where they stayed until April 2019. In April 2019, they joined Christenson Transportation Inc. as a Controller and later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for the state of Missouri in March 2022. In November 2021, they started serving on the DeVoe School of Business Advisory Council at Indiana Wesleyan University. Most recently, in January 2023, they founded the Copeland-Hall Research Institute.
Dr. Ethan Slaughter has a Doctor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Missouri State University from 2012 to 2013. Dr. Ethan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Missouri State University, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Dr. Slaughter is a Certified Public Accountant, obtained from the Missouri Board of Accountancy in 2015.
