Katherine Mobley serves as the ELL Director and Instructional Coach at Christel House Indianapolis since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in educational consulting through Mobley Educational Consulting LLC, established in August 2020. Previously, Katherine was an English Teacher at Warren Central High School and an Inclusion Teacher at The Bloomington Project School. Notably, Katherine held key roles at Harlem Village Academies from November 2015 to August 2020, including Managing Director of Middle Schools and Director of Instruction for Middle School Literacy, focusing on professional learning for ELA teachers and data-driven instructional practices. Katherine also contributed as a Literacy Specialist at Achievement First and as Outreach Director for Educators4Excellence. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Language, Literacy, and Culture and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies, Sustainable Urbanism, and English from Indiana University Bloomington.
