Sarah Stevens has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Christchurch International Airport Limited since June 2019. Previous roles include HR Manager at Landpower and HR Advisor positions at Alto Packaging Limited and London Clubs International, among others. Sarah has developed and implemented organizational policies, facilitated change management programs, and managed recruitment processes, consistently aligning HR practices with business objectives. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Employment Relations from Christchurch College of Education, Sarah combines strategic HR expertise with a deep understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
