Nicholas LaRocco has a diverse work experience. Nicholas currently works as the Social Media Director at Christ Community Church since 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager of Digital Content & Co-Host at Dirt Sheet Radio from 2021 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Manager of Website and Social Communications at the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Prior to that, they were a Customer Facing Stockroom Supervisor at Ross Stores, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Nicholas also has experience as an Executive Assistant of Multimedia and Data at Atlantic Drywall, Inc. from 2014 to 2016.

Nicholas LaRocco has a comprehensive education history. Nicholas attended Columbia College from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Management from Elgin Community College, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Elgin Community College, they also achieved a Vocational Certificate in Supervisory and Administrative Management, which they completed in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas has also obtained various certifications. In October 2021, they earned a Certification in E-Commerce and Marketing from StudySection. In May 2018, they obtained a MimicPro Marketing Certification from Stukent. Furthermore, in December 2014, they successfully achieved a Microsoft Office 2013 Certification from Microsoft.
