Lauren Clark possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Lean Transformation Manager at Winnebago Industries since July 2022. Concurrently, Lauren holds the position of Safety Engineer at Chris-Craft Corporation since June 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls from 2015 to June 2019, where Lauren provided process leadership and supported various operational facets. Lauren also participated in a Continuous Improvement Rotation as an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate, mentoring Industrial Engineering students and successfully implementing Lean practices. Academically, Lauren Clark earned a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management in May 2023 and two bachelor's degrees—one in Industrial Engineering and another in Humanities—from the University of South Florida.
