Alex Cranfill began their career in 2011 as a Student Liason for the New Berlin Public School District. In 2013, they moved to Red Card Media as the Director of Greek Marketing. In 2014, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representitive/Associate Agent where they managed their own practice and was mentored by Sean D'Arcy. In 2015, they became a Development Intern at Core Spaces where they verified the progress of the General and Sub-contractors in respect to the project schedule. In 2016, they joined Kforce Inc as a Client Relationship Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Chowly, Inc. as a Partnerships and held roles as an Enterprise Account Executive, a Midmarket Account Executive, and an SMB Account Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for new business prospecting, contract negotiation, annual revenue quota, partner development, implementation oversight, account management, and hardware programming.

Alex Cranfill attended New Berlin West from 2008 to 2012, where they graduated. Alex then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
