Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Chowly

Aaron Whitelaw has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Officials Supervisor at the University of Central Florida - Recreation and Wellness Center in 2012. In this role, they officiated all intramural sports, supervised and critiqued up to 12 officials a night, and managed the safety of up to 120 players a night. Aaron also held the role of Intramural Sports Referee, using customer facing skills to increase authority and promote respect between himself and the players.

In 2014, Aaron took a role as a Cashier Customer Service at Whole Foods Market, where they increased customer satisfaction and retention, managed the returns desk, and increased customer awareness of current and ongoing charitable events and fundraisers.
