Wenwen Luo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Marketing Manager at Starbucks China, where they oversaw the expansion of the Great China Loyalty Customers Program and developed and managed multi-channel marketing plans. In 2014, they joined CME Group as a Digital Marketing Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the company's digital marketing efforts in Greater China and utilizing various platforms and systems to meet comprehensive marketing needs. Since 2018, Wenwen has been working at Chowbus as the Director of Product Marketing, where they are involved in developing value propositions and messaging for Chowbus POS products, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
Wenwen Luo pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management at Wheeling University from 2012 to 2013.
