Nick Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nick started their career at ICONZ in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Support Team Leader and later as a Project Coordinator. Nick then became the Customer Care Manager and was responsible for managing all aspects of the ICONZ Customer Care Centre. After that, they joined Chorus NZ Limited in 2011 as a Customer Incident Manager and later became the Lead Service Delivery Manager, leading a team of 9 Service Delivery Managers supporting Chorus customers across all products and services. In 2015, they moved to Fisher & Paykel Appliances as the Customer Service Manager for New Zealand. Nick returned to Chorus NZ Limited in 2017 and took on the roles of Manager, Solutions Implementation and Product Development Owner - Consumer. Overall, Nick Jensen has gained extensive experience in customer service, team management, and product development throughout their career.
Nick Jensen attended The University of Auckland from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, Nick focused on the fields of Film and TV as well as English.
