Chantelle McFall-Mailata has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting in 2007 at Spark New Zealand, they held roles as a Voice Provisioning Coordinator and later as a Broadband Provisioning Coordinator. In 2011, they transitioned to Chorus NZ Limited and began as a Voice Provisioning Coordinator, and then moved on to become an NGA Provisioning Coordinator. Chantelle then progressed to the role of NGA Provisioning Specialist before becoming a Fibre Support Specialist. In 2017, they were promoted to Fibre Support Manager, and eventually became the Customer & Fibre Support Manager. Chantelle'snext role in 2018 was as the Customer Escalations Manager, where they focused on managing customer concerns and issues. Most recently, in 2022, they assumed the position of Customer Experience Planning Manager at Chorus NZ Limited.
