Stefan Kozel is currently serving as the Associate Director of Partnerships at Choreograph since June 2023. Previously, Stefan held the position of Programmatic Partnerships Manager at Xaxis from April 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included evaluating and maintaining strategic partnerships within the EMEA region, engaging with both major digital advertising players and innovative start-ups. Prior to that, Stefan was a Data & Technology Partnerships Executive at GroupM from April 2019 to March 2021, managing technology suppliers and collaborating with various internal teams. Earlier experience includes an internship at Heathrow, where duties involved delivering IT business changes to enhance operational efficiency. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from De Montfort University and an ICT Level 3 Diploma from Stafford College.
