James has held leadership positions at companies such as Choreograph, Research Now, Rapp, NCH Corporation, and Ernst & Young. Responsibilities included overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, financial reporting functions, and improving internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Their experience spans domestic and international operations, managing revenues of up to $350 million.

James McCartney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. James also obtained an MBA in Business Management from Le Moyne College. In addition, James has certifications as a Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Public Accountant in New York (CPA-NY), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
