Elio Elia has a diverse work experience. They started their career at CATHALAC as an intern and translator in September 2013. In 2015, they joined Chopstix Group as a Marketing Assistant and then moved on to become a Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator. In 2017, Elio Elia was promoted to Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product at Chopstix Group, starting in April 2022.

Elio Elia attended The Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their secondary education. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Nottingham from 2011 to 2015, pursuing a degree in Spanish and Contemporary Chinese Studies.
