Tony Ardilla Yughi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tony Ardilla began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Santika Purwokerto in January 2014. Tony Ardilla then worked as a Buffet Waiter at Hotel Phoenix Yogyakarta from April 2014 to May 2014. Tony then transitioned to the events industry, working as a Marketing Event Coordinator at Dreamland Club & Leisure from July 2014 to June 2015. In 2015, they joined Telkomsel as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until May 2017.

Afterwards, Tony joined Chope in August 2018 as a Business Development Executive. In this role, they conducted research to identify new leads, arranged meetings with prospective clients, and promoted Chope's services addressing clients' needs. Tony Ardilla was responsible for acquiring and maintaining new restaurants on-board, keeping records of sales, revenue, and invoices, and providing after-sales support. During the pandemic, Tony played a pivotal role in accelerating Chope Bali's business by developing new business and monetization opportunities, establishing partnerships, and piloting special projects. Tony Ardilla was also involved in introducing an open-source initiative to offer free subscription programs to non-Chope restaurants in Bali with limited budgets.

Tony then progressed to the role of Senior Business Development Executive at Chope in March 2022. Tony Ardilla'sresponsibilities and contributions in this role are ongoing.

Tony Ardilla Yughi completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman from 2006 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hospitality Industry College Purwokerto. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications including Chope Sales Global Training from Chope in October 2018, Handal Digital by Google in March 2018, and a Table Manner Course from Melia Purosani Hotel Yogyakarta in June 2014.
