Raechel Odom has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Raechel began their career as a Team Lead at Six Flags in 2009, followed by a role as a Shift Manager at Taco Bell in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Columbia Daily Tribune and as a Staff Writer at PopWrapped Entertainment Group LLC. In 2015, they took on the role of Final Review at Guide Book Publishing, followed by an Accounts Receivable Specialist role at Pioneer Drama Service in 2017. In 2018, they became a Student at Turing School of Software & Design, and in 2019 they started working as a Web Developer at Bluestaq LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Frontend Engineer at Choozle.

Raechel Odom's education history includes a Certificate in Front End Engineering from Turing School of Software & Design (2018-2019), a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2010-2014), and a High School diploma from Hillsboro High School (2006-2010).
