Krystal R. serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Choose New Jersey, Inc. since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar and appointments. Prior to this role, Krystal worked at L'Oréal from June 2022 to March 2023 as Executive Assistant to the SVP of E-Commerce & Chief Digital Marketing Officer, overseeing comprehensive calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Previous experience also includes positions at Ralph Lauren, St. Luke's University Health Network, ADP, and Bed Bath & Beyond, where Krystal developed skills in administrative support, project coordination, and effective communication. Krystal holds a degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
