Sharyne Tu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality, community engagement, and photographic arts. Currently serving as a Choose Chicago Ambassador since April 2018, Sharyne provides volunteer services at major events in Chicago. In conjunction, Sharyne is an associate at the Chicago Visitor Information Center and has volunteered as a Chicago Greeter, offering guided tours that showcase the city's rich history. With a background in leadership as the Executive Director of the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce and experience in various volunteer roles, including with the Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid Committee, Sharyne has built strong relationships within the community and beyond. Additionally, Sharyne operates as an independent photographer and has worked in retail and corporate settings, including Bank of America as an Operations Manager. Sharyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
