Caroline Heiberg currently serves as the Carbon Operations Lead at CHOOOSE since January 2020. Caroline previously held various HR roles at SEB from April 2013 to December 2019. Prior to that, Caroline worked as a Miljøarbeider at Haug Skole og Ressurssenter. Caroline holds a Master's degree in HRM from Copenhagen Business School, a Årsenhet i Psykologi in Psykologi from the University of Oslo, and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Administration from BI Norwegian Business School. Caroline also studied Lengua Española at Universitat de Barcelona.
