Arica Williams has a diverse work experience, starting with a Statistics Tutor and Resident Assistant position at Illinois Wesleyan University from 2014 to 2015. Arica then worked as an Analytics Intern at Imagination Publishing from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst at Kimberly-Clark. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Paint Nite, where they maintained and enhanced all company P&L's and the cash flow statement in the budgeting and forecasting processes. From 2019 to 2020, Arica worked as a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A at Navigant, where they supported financial operations of a specialized consulting segment and championed process improvement. Currently, Arica is working at RoomIt by CWT as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they perform monthly close processes and created an automated process to consolidate all top supplier revenue data. Arica also holds the role of Manager, FP&A at Chomps.

Arica Williams graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Homewood Flossmoor High School from 2009 to 2013.
