Jenna F. has a diverse range of work experience in the translation and language services industry. Jenna began their career at PolyLang Ltd as a Project Manager from 1992 to 1996. Jenna then joined SDL International as a Senior Project Manager from 2004 to 2005, where they successfully managed large, complex projects for strategic clients and ensured client satisfaction and profitability. Jenna later became a Business Unit Manager at SDL International from 2005 to 2008, where they deputized for the Divisional Director, worked with the sales team to win new business, and was responsible for recruitment and hiring of Project Managers. Jenna then joined SDL International Canad as a Principal Project Manager from 2007 to 2013, where they integrated technology solutions, managed large projects for strategic clients, and worked with the sales team to win new business. Jenna then served as a Quality Coordinator at SDL plc from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for internal auditing, managing the auditing team, and reviewing audit finding reports. In 2015, Jenna joined TravelingBrand as an Account Manager, assisting branding and naming agencies with international branding by providing linguistic and cultural insights. Currently, they are a Strategic Solution Designer at Choice Translating, where they combine the roles of an Account Manager and Project Manager to find customized solutions for clients and manage translation projects.

Jenna F. attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology & Psychology. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Parson Cross College, though the degree and field of study pursued during this period are unknown.
