Claudia Macfarlane is currently a Systems and Reporting Analyst at Choice Support, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Claudia served as a Duty Manager at the University of Sussex Students' Union from October 2018 to May 2022, overseeing bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards. Claudia began their career at the University as a Customer Service Assistant, focusing on product knowledge and sales skills. Further experience includes a role as a Receptionist at Park Holidays UK, where Claudia managed bookings and customer requests during the pandemic, and as a Sales Assistant at Peacocks, developing communication and cash handling skills. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Technology from the University of Sussex, earned between 2018 and 2022.
