Suraj Verma is an experienced professional with a background in logistics and customer support. Currently serving as a Client Program Manager at Choice Logistics since September 2018, Suraj oversees operations across APAC, US, and EMEA regions and has progressed from client representative to Team Lead Coordinator. Prior to this role, Suraj worked at Lenskart.com as a Customer Support Specialist from February 2015 to August 2018 and held the position of US Chat Executive at iEnergizer from May 2013 to January 2014. Suraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from MIT, Pune, earned between 2021 and 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Delhi University, completed in 2018.
