Brianna S. serves as the Senior Counsel for Commercial Contracts at Choice Hotels International since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brianna held various legal positions at LifeStraw, including General Counsel and Board Secretary, as well as Corporate Counsel and Board Secretary from November 2019 to June 2023. From 2015 to 2019, Brianna was Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Special Olympics, and from 2012 to 2015, Brianna worked as Attorney and Director of Global Licensing at the National Wildlife Federation. Throughout these positions, Brianna demonstrated expertise in negotiating and drafting various legal agreements with a primary focus on intellectual property, licensing, and media agreements, while also providing legal and business advice to executive teams and managing outside counsel.
