Michele Becker has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Choice Home Warranty since May 2022. Previously, Michele held the position of VP of Merchant Experience at ShipMonk from July 2020 to May 2022. Michele's career also includes significant roles at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from 2010 to 2018, where titles included VP Global Support and Strategic Planning, VP of IT & Operations, and Director of Client Results. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from 1998 to 2008 and working as a Project Manager at the Internal Revenue Service from 1991 to 1996. Michele Becker earned an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Economics from Penn State University.
