Jay Grinde serves as the CEO of Choice Digital Corp, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Grinde was the Chief Customer Officer at Uplight from August 2017 to September 2021. Earlier in the career, Grinde served as Vice President of Utilities at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions from February 2014 to August 2017 and as Senior Operations Leader for Rebates & Incentives at Honeywell Smart Grid Solutions from December 2008 to March 2014. Grinde holds a degree from DePaul University.
