Clemence Danko has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Clemence is the owner of CHOC O PAIN, a bakery that specializes in French breads, pastries, and lunch items. Clemence has been in this role since 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Sandoz from 2007 to 2009. Clemence also held multiple roles at Novartis Pharma AG, including BPA Manager Trade Force, Trade and Channel Manager, and Key Account Manager, from 2002 to 2007. Clemence started their career as a Category Manager Assistant at Colgate Palmolive France in 2001 and at Cogesal Miko, Unilever Group in 2000.

Clemence Danko attended Saint Erembert from 1992 to 1997 for their high school education. Clemence then went on to ESSCA from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management. In 2007, they attended Harvard Business School for the Novartis Finance Excellence executive program in Finance. In 2009, they attended the Institute of Culinary Education for the Culinary Management Program. In 2010, they briefly studied Artisan Bread Baking at the French Culinary Institute.
