Fawad Khaliq is the Founder & CTO of Chkk, a Kubernetes Availability Platform. Previously, Fawad worked as an Engineering Lead at Amazon Web Services, where Fawad built and scaled Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service. Prior to that, Fawad was a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead at VMware, where Fawad built the underlying platform for NSX Service Mesh. Fawad also served as a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead at PLUMgrid Inc. before it was acquired by VMware. Fawad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
