Louisa Humm DipWSET has a diverse work experience in various communication roles. Louisa started their career as an Account Executive at Westbury Communications in 2007 before moving on to Clarion Communications, where they held positions as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, and Senior Account Director from 2008 to 2013. Louisa then joined Pernod Ricard Winemakers as the Global Wine Public Relations Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are working at Chivas Brothers, where they have held roles as Senior Global Brand Communications Manager, Global Head of Brand Communications, Global Head of External Communications & Influence, and currently, they hold the position of Global Communications & Sustainability Director.

Louisa Humm DipWSET completed their education in two phases. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Oxford, where they pursued a combined program of MA and BA (Hons.) in French & Spanish, but did not mention any specific degree name. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they enrolled at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) to further enhance their knowledge in wines and spirits. Here, they completed the WSET Diploma (Level 4) and also obtained Advanced and Intermediate Certificates in Wines & Spirits.
