Alastair McWilliams has over three decades of experience in supply chain and production management. Currently serving as the Rework & External Sourcing Manager at Chivas Brothers since 2006, responsibilities include overseeing internal and external rework and third-party bottling operations. Prior to this role, Alastair held the position of Planning Team Leader at Chivas Brothers, focusing on supply-chain planning and team management. Alastair's experience also includes serving as Demand Planning Manager at Allied Domecq from 1989 to 2006, where key initiatives included implementing Agile manufacturing and managing the master production schedule. Earlier in their career, Alastair worked as a Production Scheduler at English Sewing Limited from 1983 to 1989. Alastair’s educational background includes a high school degree from Johnstone High School.
