Felipe Urzúa is the co-founder and chief revenue officer of Chipax. Prior to this, they worked as the commercial manager for TGA (Trend Group America), where they were responsible for training and leading the sales team in four countries, opening markets, managing customer relations, and ensuring that all company strategic functions are aligned with commercial objectives. Some of their key accomplishments include increasing sales revenue by 300% within two years, increasing the average ticket size per customer by 50%, recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team, and generating short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.
Before their time at TGA, Felipe was the co-founder of Inergia soluciones, where they worked on developing solutions to reduce energy inefficient and turn it into a profitable business. As part of their master's thesis, they and their team developed and implemented a kit to improve the combustion of diesel engines with the goal of being implemented in taxis in the Metropolitan Region.
Felipe began their career as a marketing trainee for L'Oréal.
Felipe Urzúa has a magíster en innovación y emprendimiento from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a bachelor of business administration from the same school. Felipe also went to Y Combinator.
