Phearun Nguon currently serves as the Power and Motor Section Head at Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation, a position held since May 2018, focusing on a 115kV power system and both 6kV and low voltage motors. Additionally, Phearun has a history of progressive responsibilities within Electrical Engineers, where roles have included Electrical and Control Section Head, Control and Automation Section Supervisor, and Automation Engineer, starting in August 2016.
