Nilson Olejua is an experienced engineering professional specializing in renewable energy projects, currently serving as Execution Engineering Manager at Chint Solar Europe since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer focused on utility-scale solar projects at BayWa r.e. and Project Manager for the Colombian Government, overseeing various civil and electrical infrastructure contracts. Additional expertise encompasses electrical maintenance and project management in medium and low voltage installations, gained through positions at Sohm Entertainment GmbH, ISE Integral Solutions, and Enerelectrica. Nilson holds an MBA in Renewables from the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de La Salle, complemented by a Technologist degree in Electrical Technology from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
