Mitchell Milby serves as General Counsel for Chint Power Systems Americas since March 2024 and is the Managing Partner at MILBY LLC attorneys + counselors since September 2017, where expertise includes advising businesses in the construction and energy sectors through various stages of project development. Previous experience includes roles as Partner at Wilson Elser and Milby, PLLC, providing legal counsel in construction and energy industries, and as General Counsel for Recruit My Game, LLC. Early career positions include Partner at Cozen O'Connor, Special Agent at the FBI focused on health care fraud, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas, and Law Clerk at ExxonMobil. Mitchell Milby earned a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor’s degree cum laude in European Studies and Russian from Vanderbilt University.
