Fajar Ma'sum Harissudin currently serves as an HR (People Partner Learning and Engagement) at Victory Chingluh Indonesia since February 2021, focusing on employee relations and communication between staff and the company. Concurrently, Fajar also holds the title of HR IER (Industrial Employee Relation) at PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia, responsible for overseeing production areas, counseling employees on attendance and workplace issues. Previous experience includes a short stint at Lazada in 2019 and an internship at PG Kebon Agung Malang in early 2016, where Fajar analyzed workplace accidents. Fajar completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang from 2013 to 2018, following an education at Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School from 2010 to 2013.
