Brandon Flannery is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in affordable housing. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Christian Church Homes since August 2023, Brandon previously held the position of Associate Director of Compliance at Chinatown Community Development Center, where responsibilities included ensuring regulatory compliance for all managed properties. Prior roles include Compliance Manager at Community Housing Development Corporation and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, as well as Compliance Department Manager at MidPen Housing. Brandon began the career as a Sr. Executive Assistant at the Indianapolis Housing Agency, contributing to efforts that provide quality housing and promote fair housing practices.
