Bingxi Wang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Legal Affairs at EdgeNext since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters related to various business activities, advising on legal interpretations, and managing the legal team and budget. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at SHAREit Group, focusing on corporate matters and international contracts, and Corporate Governance & Legal Associate at Bank of China, assisting with corporate governance and compliance issues. Bingxi has also held paralegal positions at Taylor Wessing UK and Joelson, contributing to private equity transactions and corporate matters, respectively. Additionally, Bingxi founded Ustudy International Education Ltd, an organization dedicated to supporting international students, and completed an internship at Great Britain China Centre, promoting legal research between the UK and China. Academic qualifications include an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University, a GDL, LPC, and MSc in Law and Business from The University of Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from Jilin University.
