Jessie Chen is a seasoned professional in the field of e-commerce and project management, currently serving as a Project Group Manager in the Marketing Committee Operations Department at China Southern Airlines since March 2023. With extensive experience dating back to 2003 at China Southern Airlines, Jessie has held various key roles, including Senior Supervisor in Sales Management and UX Team Manager, focusing on user-centered design to enhance the online sales platform. Previous positions also include Product Manager, responsible for e-commerce product research and development, and Project Manager for systems related to fare management and analysis. Additionally, Jessie has gained international experience as a Project Manager Trainee at Skyteam Alliance, contributing to various e-commerce initiatives and solutions tailored for the Chinese market.
