Shahzad Afgan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. since February 2023. Prior roles include Deputy Head of Finance, Regulatory Governance & Strategy Lead, and Financial Controller at Agricultural Bank of China from May 2012 to January 2023. Additional experience includes positions in prudential and regulatory reporting at EIIB and Habibsons Bank Limited, as well as leadership roles in finance and operations at Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited, Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, and Arif Habib Investment Management Limited. Shahzad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy & Management from Bayes Business School.
