Xin Chen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at China Investment Corporation since January 2018, Xin previously worked as an Associate at Bird & Bird and DLA Piper from 2014 to 2017. Xin began a legal career as Overseas Legal Counsel at Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. From an educational perspective, Xin holds two Master of Laws degrees in International Economic Law and International and Comparative Law from Peking University and Southern Methodist University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University.
